The user or Organization entering this information is responsible for determining whether it has the legal right and appropriate authorization to collect, use, store, and disclose that information.
LockLogix processes this information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service.

If ARK Muzik, LLC or LockLogix is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred in connection with that transaction subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Organizations and Individual Users
If you use LockLogix through an employer, locksmith company, or other Organization, information you enter through the Service may be accessible to authorized administrators and users of that Organization.
Your Organization may control certain information associated with the Organization's LockLogix account.
Deleting your individual user account therefore does not necessarily delete business records belonging to the Organization.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your individual LockLogix user account at any time through your user panel within LockLogix.
You may be required to confirm your deletion request.
Following confirmation, we may immediately disable your account and begin the applicable deletion process.
Before deleting your account, you should export or otherwise preserve any information that you wish or are required to retain.
Once information has been permanently deleted, it may not be recoverable.
8. Individual Account Deletion and Organizational Data
If your user account belongs to an Organization, deleting your individual account may not delete information belonging to that Organization.
For example, customer records, project records, property information, hardware information, key-system records, master-key-system records, key assignments, service records, notes, and other business information created while acting on behalf of an Organization may remain associated with the Organization.
Authorized users of that Organization may continue to access such information after your individual account is deleted.
If you are the sole administrator or owner of an Organization, LockLogix may require you to transfer control of the Organization before deleting your individual account.
Deletion of an entire Organization and its User Data may require a separate deletion process.
9. Subscription Cancellation and Data
Canceling a LockLogix subscription does not automatically delete your account or User Data.
Subscription cancellation generally prevents future subscription renewals and may result in restrictions on access to paid features after the applicable paid billing period ends.
We may retain account and User Data following subscription cancellation for a reasonable period to permit account reactivation, data export, security operations, backup management, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business purposes.
If you want your account permanently deleted, you should use the account-deletion functionality provided through your user panel.
10. Deletion of Locksmith, Customer, and Key-System Data
When a qualifying standalone account or entire Organization is permanently deleted, LockLogix will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify associated information from active production systems.
Depending on how the Service was used, deleted information may include:
locksmith and company records;
customer records;
customer contact information;
properties and facilities;
projects and service records;
doors and openings;
locks and hardware;
keys and key assignments;
key systems;
master-key systems;
key codes and bittings;
hardware schedules;
documents and attachments;
notes; and
other User Data.
Deletion from active systems does not necessarily mean that every copy disappears immediately.
Information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, disaster-recovery systems, system logs, or other archival systems until those copies are overwritten, rotated, or expire according to our normal retention procedures.
We may retain limited information for longer when reasonably necessary to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
Information retained solely for these purposes will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information and User Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending upon the nature of the information and why it is maintained.
We may retain certain transaction, account, security, or legal records after an account is deleted when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or establish or defend legal claims.
12. Data Security
Because LockLogix may store sensitive locksmith and physical-security information, protecting User Data is important to us.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, loss, or misuse.
However, no internet-based service, network, database, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials, using appropriate passwords, restricting access to authorized personnel, and maintaining appropriate security practices within their own organizations.

If we learn that we have knowingly collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

You may delete your account through your user panel as described above.
You may also contact us at admin@locklogix.com regarding access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
Depending on where you reside, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights concerning your personal information.
Where required by applicable law, we will respond to qualifying privacy requests and may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
16. Third-Party Services
LockLogix may contain links to or integrations with independent third-party websites, applications, payment processors, or other services.
Those third parties maintain their own privacy practices and policies.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third parties.
17. Business Transfers
If ARK Muzik, LLC, LockLogix, or substantially all or part of its assets or business is acquired, sold, merged, reorganized, financed, or otherwise transferred, information maintained by LockLogix may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to LockLogix, our information practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date at the top of the policy.
When appropriate or required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
